Katrina has a great understanding of the physical body through her work as a Pilates Instructor (15 yrs), Reiki Practitioner (25yrs) and Medical Intuitive Practitioner (6yrs). She combines this knowledge with a lifetime of studying the metaphysical and spiritual practices as a Scent Priestess/ Soul Doula to create a frequency shift in the body through movement, in the mind through mindfulness and in the spirit with holy oils. She is the peacemaker between your humanity and your divinity, bringing you freedom in mind, body and spirit.
She is a member of Priestess Presence (Elayne Kalila Doughty, Diana Du brow & Jacqui Shenton) in America/UK bringing Ceremony and ancient temple arts back into the modern world, to help women rise up to their fullest divine feminine potency.
One of her favorite things to do is to present at Women's festivals, she has presented at Seven Sisters festivals for the last 2 years and will present at the Bohemian Summer Festival in February 2025.
